Chiarastella Cattana is a fabric designer based in Venice, Italy.
Her work weaves traditional craftsmanship with contemporary colours and patterns.
Her products are all made in Italy, in the old mills located in Alto Adige, on the Dolomites mountain. Stella's penchant for mixing different threads together gives her fabrics a life and texture that are her signature.

Stella's Venetian store is located in a former 17th century “scuola“ - or congregation, near by Palazzo Grassi. There, she sells, alongside her fabrics, the works of Murano glass artists Yali and Domitilla Harding, the whimsical clothing lines of Alfa Perro and Ants as well as Italian modernist furniture.

With the design team she also does custom made orders and bespoke interior works.
